Job Summary
House of Born2fro is seeking a talented and creative Content Producer to create engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms. The successful candidate will work closely with the Brand Creative Director to transform creative ideas into high-quality videos, photographs, graphics, and motion content that drive brand awareness and sales.
This role is ideal for a skilled content creator with experience in videography, photography, editing, and basic graphic design who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment.

Key Responsibilities
Video Production & Editing
- Shoot and edit videos for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Produce content including product shoots, educational videos, founder content, beauty content, and brand storytelling.
- Handle video editing, color grading, and content optimization for various platforms.
- Research trending content formats, sounds, and editing styles.
Photography & Image Editing
- Capture product, lifestyle, campaign, and behind-the-scenes photography.
- Edit and retouch images using Adobe Lightroom and related tools.
- Prepare photography assets for marketing, retail, and e-commerce use.
Graphic Design & Creative Assets
- Design promotional flyers, posters, banners, and sales materials.
- Create simple marketing graphics for social media and online platforms.
- Prepare print-ready creative materials when required.
Motion Graphics
- Develop basic animations, transitions, text effects, and graphic overlays to enhance content quality.
Requirements
Applicants should possess:
- Proven experience in videography, photography, and graphic design.
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous creative work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and basic motion graphics tools.
- Strong knowledge of social media content trends and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
