Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop solar PV and Mini-Grid systems.
- Conduct site surveys, load assessments, and feasibility studies.
- Prepare engineering drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
- Supervise installers and technicians during project execution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on solar systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards.
- Support project documentation, maintenance, and performance monitoring.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in solar or renewable energy projects.
- Proficiency in PVsyst, AutoCAD, Helioscope, and solar design tools.
- Strong understanding of solar PV systems, inverters, batteries, and electrical systems.
- HSE, Solar PV Installer, COREN, or related certifications are an advantage.
