This role is ideal for experienced data professionals passionate about agriculture, development, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage CommCare data collection systems and applications.
- Develop interactive Power BI dashboards and automated reports.
- Analyze, clean, and manage data from multiple sources.
- Generate actionable insights to support program and management decisions.
- Support monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) activities.
- Create technical documentation, reports, and data quality assessments.
- Collaborate with program, IT, GIS, and MEL teams to improve data systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Agriculture, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in data analytics or data management.
- Strong expertise in CommCare, Power BI, SQL, Python, and advanced Excel.
- Experience working with large datasets and dashboard development.
- Background in agriculture, development, humanitarian, or health programs is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
