Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable activities.
- Process invoices and reconcile account balances.
- Monitor inventory accounts and ensure proper valuation.
- Track daily and monthly sales performance.
- Support cash flow management and budgeting activities.
- Prepare financial statements and reports.
- Ensure tax compliance and assist during audits.
- Liaise with customers and vendors on financial matters.
Requirements
Applicants should possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- At least one year of accounting experience.
- Knowledge of accounting software such as SAP, QuickBooks, or ERP systems.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
