The Role
We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations at our Northern Nigeria facility in Kano. You will ensure efficient dispatch, inventory control, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise loading, dispatch, and documentation of finished products.
- Prepare and analyze daily dispatch and delivery reports.
- Manage vehicular movement and traffic flow during loading activities.
- Coordinate warehouse personnel to maximize productivity.
- Monitor product handling to minimize losses and damages.
- Enforce FIFO inventory management principles.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and organization.
Requirements
Education:
- 5 O’level credits including English & Mathematics (not more than 2 sittings).
- OND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- FMCG industry experience is a strong advantage.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
