Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Promote and sell products through online channels.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales reports.
- Manage customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
Requirements
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer service and sales-oriented mindset.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and computer applications.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online marketing tools.
- Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines.
