Your Role as the WASH Manager
Reporting to the Chief of WASH (P-5), you will be responsible for:
- Strategic Oversight: Managing the development, implementation, and monitoring of the WASH programme.
- Quality Assurance: Strengthening the consistency and quality of WASH infrastructure and services.
- Risk Management: Enhancing risk-informed planning and implementation practices.
- Accountability: Ensuring timely identification and resolution of implementation challenges.
- Collaboration: Building strong partnerships with the government, civil society, and stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Education: Advanced University Degree (Master’s) in Public Health, Civil/Sanitary Engineering, Social Science, or related fields.
- Experience: A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in WASH, Construction Oversight, or Contract Management.
- Core Skills: Proven expertise in Quality Assurance, Risk Management, Compliance, and Financial Stewardship.
- Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken).
