How to Apply
Interested and qualified applicants should follow the procedures below to successfully submit an application;

- Step 2: Find a supervisor search – available projects and supervisors,
- Contact the supervisor to discuss the project (eg via Zoom or phone call), and then complete the Expressions of Interest Form
- Step 3: Submit an expression of interest
- Step 4: Obtain an invitation to apply
- Step 5: Submit required documents and Apply

IMPORTANT: You can only submit one application per scholarship round or admission period (i.e. January – June and July – December). Ensure you confirm your preferred faculty, course and supervisor before you apply.
What happens next?
Once you submit your application it will be directed to your preferred supervisor and faculty for review. From there, processes vary based on faculty or campus – you may be contacted for an interview or further information, or you may receive an outcome directly.
Scholarship outcomes: Scholarship outcomes are released approximately six to ten weeks after the relevant round closes. For new students, admission assessment usually begins after scholarship results have been released.
Note: for scholarship round 3 (international) in 2026, outcomes will be released in the week commencing 11th October 2026.
Admission outcomes: Admission-only applications are typically processed within six weeks.
