The successful candidate will be responsible for abrasive blasting, surface cleaning, and preparation activities to ensure surfaces meet coating standards while maintaining safety and quality compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform abrasive blasting and surface preparation activities.
- Clean and prepare surfaces before coating applications.
- Operate and inspect blasting equipment safely.
- Follow HSE procedures and permit-to-work requirements.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Support coating teams during project execution.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in surface preparation within oil and gas projects.
- OND, Trade Test Certificate, or equivalent vocational qualification.
- Strong knowledge of safety procedures and industrial work practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
