Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow online communities across all platforms
- Create, schedule, and publish compelling content (graphics, video, copy)
- Engage with followers and respond to inquiries professionally
- Monitor trends and competitor activity
- Align content with brand voice and marketing goals
- Develop strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams on campaigns
- Track performance metrics and prepare reports
Requirements
- Experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X
- Creative mindset with excellent writing and communication skills
- Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Meta Business Suite or Google Analytics
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Mass Comm, Business Admin, or related field
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
