Eko Maintenance Limited is a fast-growing Facility Management company based in Victoria Island, Lagos, specializing in high-rise building maintenance. We are looking for a qualified, detail-oriented HVAC Technician to join our professional team—where your skills are valued and your career growth is supported.
Key Responsibilities
- Install Split AC units, including gas welding and copper pipe connections
- Maintain, repair, and diagnose HVAC, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and company regulations
- Keep accurate daily logs of all maintenance and repair activities
- Work on diverse systems, including ACs, refrigerators, and heat pumps
Requirements
- 3–5 years of practical experience as an AC/HVAC Technician
- Strong skills in pipe brazing, duct insulation, and system connections
- Proficiency with ACs, refrigerators, and heating pump systems
- HND, OND, or recognized Trade Test certification
