Mikano International is currently recruiting for the position of Electrical – Panel Builder in Ogba, Lagos. The role involves designing, assembling, testing, and maintaining electrical components for generator sets (gen-sets) while ensuring all company standards are strictly followed.
This is a full-time position ideal for experienced technicians and engineers with a strong background in electrical systems and generator production.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, assemble, and test electrical components for generator sets
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure system reliability
- Carry out load bank testing and monitor gen-set performance
- Ensure proper safety checks (oil, water, battery, and voltage levels)
- Maintain mechanical and electrical standards during installation and testing
- Inspect systems for leaks, abnormal noise, or irregular readings
- Ensure proper handover of equipment after testing and operation
Requirements
- City & Guilds, OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in generator set production
- Strong knowledge of panel building, synchronization, installation, and maintenance
