Junior Achievement Nigeria ViMP 2026

Applications are now open for the Junior Achievement Nigeria (JAN) Venture in Management Program (ViMP) 2026 – a one‑week intensive mini‑MBA designed to groom outstanding Nigerian graduates for leadership roles in business, entrepreneurship, and the public sector.

Delivered in partnership with Lagos Business School, ViMP combines immersive learning, real‑world case studies, and mentorship from industry professionals. Since 2000, the program has produced over 1,000 alumni now leading in corporate, government, consulting, tech, and social impact sectors.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Nigerian graduate, aged 18–27
  • Awaiting NYSC, currently serving, or completed within the last 6 months
  • Minimum Second Class Upper (2:1)
  • Strong leadership potential and interest in general management
  • Available for the full program duration
  • Previous JAN participation is an added advantage

Program Delivery Modes

  • Physical: Top 50 candidates attend in‑person at Lagos Business School
  • Virtual: 50 additional candidates join via the online learning platform
    (You may indicate your preference, but final placement depends on performance and slot availability.)
