McKinsey & Company Africa is inviting applications for the 2026 McKinsey Immersion Bootcamp (MiB), a free, non-evaluative, three-day in-person programme designed for undergraduate and postgraduate students across Africa interested in a career in consulting.
The bootcamp will take place in Cape Town, South Africa, and offers participants the opportunity to learn consulting skills, understand McKinsey’s work across Africa, explore career opportunities, and network with experienced consultants.
